Primary Responsibilities:
- Design piping and process systems for a variety of consumer goods food and beverage projects
- Develop andmaintainprocess and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews of design and drawing packages
- Collaborate closely with contractors vendors and clients as part of a multidisciplinary project team
- Participate in site visits for project meetings and field data collection (up to 20% travel annually)
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree in drafting/design or equivalent technical experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a designer in a relevant industry
Required previous recent experience with the following:
- 3D design of process and utility system piping
- Specification and modeling of 3D piping and equipment
- Integration and management of multi-party 3D models for project use
- Application of piping standards andcomponentspecifications in P&IDs
- Coordination of design packages across multiple disciplines and vendors
- Creation of mechanical/process details 2D piping plans elevations and isometrics from 3D models or 2D files
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the consumer products food and/or beverage industries
- Hands-on onsite field experience
Preferred recent experience with the following:
- AutoCAD Plant 3D
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Navisworks
- Autodesk Recap
The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position. Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience location level of responsibility and licenses/ addition to base compensation Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program. All employees are eligible for On-the-Spot bonuses. Exempt members are also eligible for either quarterly and/or annual bonuses.
