Objective and Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top dental professionals and support staff to meet the staffing needs of the organizations multi-state operations. This includes building relationships with candidates managing the recruitment process and ensuring exceptional candidate experience. The role supports the organizations growth by identifying talent that aligns with clinical excellence culture and long-term organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across multiple states
- Source candidates through job boards social media referrals networking and industry contacts
- Conduct initial screenings interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future needs
- Partner with practice leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning goals
- Ensure compliance with employment laws credentialing requirements and organizational policies
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics reporting and candidate documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
- 25 years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferably in healthcare or dental organizations
- Experience recruiting for clinical or specialty dental roles highly preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of employment laws credentialing and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different locations
- Willingness to travel to support multi-state practice recruitment as needed

Position Base Pay Range
$65000 - $70000 USD
