About the role:
- Work closely with Partner and Senior Lawyers who are experts in the field.
- Manage varied caseload of personal injury matters including workers compensation motor vehicle accidents and public liability claims.
- Liaise with clients medical experts insurers and counsel.
- Provide exceptional legal advice and representation to clients.
- Draft legal documents correspondence and submissions.
The ideal candidate:
- 23 years post admission experience in statutory workers compensation.
- Strong advocacy negotiation and communication skill.
- Proven ability to manage files efficiently and independently.
- A compassionate and client-centred approach.
