Your Role as a PTA
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized care plans to improve functional independence and mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic resident care
- Contribute to quality initiatives that uphold PCSCs 5-Star standards
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current South Carolina PTA licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience in senior living or skilled nursing preferrednew graduates welcome with mentoring support
- Commitment to teamwork service and excellence in patient care
