MISSION:The Product Configuration Manager (RF Hardware) is responsible for overseeing configuration of all NuWaves products throughout the product lifecycle. This includes managing product configuration at all stages of design and production; reviewing revising and releasing documentation; managing compliance; managing the configuration environment; status accounting of configured items; and ultimately verfiying final configuration and documentation of configured items. The Configuration Manager must be process-oriented have strong attention to detail and be capable of working in cross-functional teams to ensure compliance to NuWaves Quality Management System and associated standards. Experience with Radiofrequency Engineering Design and Production processes is desired but not required.

YEAR 1 ACCOUNTABILITIES AND METRICS

Lead the initiative to improve configuration management across the company using EIA-649-C: Configuration Management Standard as a guide.
- Metric:Processes compliant to standard implemented and training provided to users within first 6 months.
Reconcile any current gaps related Product Configuration Management documentation within first 9 months.
- Metric: Gap assessment completed for all products with action plans (who what when) clearly identified.
Sustainable Configuration Management practices implemented within 12 months.
- Metric:Configuration management practices are stable repeatable automated where possibleand implemented into all appropriate processes.

Salary Range: $60K - $80K

U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.
