What Youll Do:

* Handle incoming mail deliveries and supply orders to keep operations running smoothly.
* Support daily administrative needs including filing scheduling and document preparation.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
What You Bring:
* 2-3 years of experience in an office hospitality or design environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional friendly and solution-oriented.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
* Dependability punctuality and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving setting.
* A polished presence with an eye for design detail and exceptional service.
