The Role

As a key member of the OpsServices Team the Senior Manager of Operations Integration ensuresthat communications and rollouts from Support Center teams are clearlydelivered effectively executed and fully supported across restaurantoperations. This role bridges the gap between strategy and execution helpingOperations stay informed engaged and empowered.

What Youll Do

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Culinary FSQA Tech Marketing Finance Customer Experience Development and People Culture to support operational rollouts.

Translate complex initiatives into clear actionable communications for restaurant teams and Ops Leadership.

Partner with Learning Development to support training content and delivery for new systems seasonal rollouts and initiatives.

Leads and enhances field-facing communication strategies continuously finding more effective engaging and efficient ways to connect with restaurant teams.

Manage unplanned communications and ensure urgent information is shared quickly clearly and accurately with the field.

Lead and support company-wide contests and engagement

Maintain and improve the operations feedback loop to ensure two-way communication between Support Center teams and restaurant operations.

Build strong relationships with field leadership to gather feedback and continuously improve communications and support tools.

Track and report on rollout effectiveness and engagement focusing on ROI and impact.

Qualifications

5 years in restaurant operations leadership preferably in a multi-unit environment.

Experience supporting or working within an Ops Services Ops Excellence or Integration team.

Strong communication skillsverbal written and visualwith experience in instructional writing and presentations.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Outlook SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with project management tools (e.g. ).

Analytical mindset with experience measuring impact and ROI.

Passion for food people and storytelling.

Innovative and adaptablecomfortable with change and ambiguity.

*This role is locatedon-site in Washington D.C. with commitment to be in-office 3 days a week.
