Operations Assistant

Starting date: as soon as possible

24 hours per week - preferably Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday
Must be living in the area of Amsterdam Almere Haarlem Zaandam or Purmerend.

Our beans are traceable to the farm and poured by us in your cup or freshly delivered at home through your mailbox. Your role:

Were looking for a get your hands dirty Operations Assistant who is not afraid to operate machines.
You will be part of a talented multicultural Operations & Customer Service team so you will help in our distribution center with coffee production order picking and packing. No specific experience is required besides the wish to learn work hard and have fun with the team in our distribution center which is just 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal by public transport.

Responsibilities:

• Help in our distribution center with coffee production by grinding and packing coffee and order picking for our 13 coffee bars.

• Develop best practices and improve the operations processes on daily base.

• Be the team player everyone wants to work with and have fun while doing it :)

Requirements:

• High school education

• Basic understanding of either Dutch or English

• Experience with Operations is a plus

• A passion for coffee is a plus

• Driving license is a plus

• Living in the area of Amsterdam Almere Zaandam en Purmerend
