THE GIST:
Our client a private investment firm with an impressive portfolio seeks a stellar Executive Assistant to support one of the firms partners in Palo Alto. This role will involve expert coordination of all daily administrative functions in addition to overseeing special projects and working collaboratively with other team members. The ideal candidate will bring a polished & professional demeanor keen attention to detail and top-tier organizational skills to the role. Previous administrative support experience in private equity investment banking and/or venture capital highly preferred.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Expertly manage executives complex & high-volume calendar coordinate meetings and confirm appointments
- Arrange both international & domestic travel and prepare itineraries
- Manage incoming communications with a strong sense of urgency discretion and tactfulness
- Update internal CRM system in a timely manner
- Assist with the planning & execution of firm events
- Collaborate cohesively with members of the administrative support team and other departments
- Act as backup for other administrative team members when needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks & projects as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 5 years of administrative support experience
- Experience working in financial services and/or consulting strongly preferred
- Experience arranging complex international & domestic corporate travel required
- Flexible to work outside traditional business hours when needed
- Polished and professional communication style
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Superior level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Salesforce experience a plus!

COMPENSATION:Base salary: $125000/yr - $150000/yr bonus benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills experience and expertise)
