Office Coordinator Las Vegas NV (89103)
Direct Hire Full-Time 100% OnsiteOverviewFusion HCR is supporting our client in hiring a personable proactive Office Coordinator to serve as the cultural heartbeat of a busy Las Vegas office. This role partners closely with the C-suite and cross-functional teams (including Marketing) to keep the office running smoothly plan events and create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.What Youll Do- Be a culture ambassador: plan birthday celebrations team events and office activities.
- Keep the office and showroom tidy organized and guest-ready at all times.
- Support Marketing and other verticals with admin tasks light scheduling and coordination.
- Own office supplies: track inventory place orders and research new deals/suppliers.
- Coordinate with landlord and vendors; relay/resolve facilities and showroom issues.
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for visitors internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare communications and documents (memos emails reports instructional docs).
- Maintain contact lists; organize calendars and appointments as needed.
- Assist with travel bookings and expense report reconciliation.
- Manage mail/courier logistics: sort distribute ship and coordinate special deliveries.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
What You Bring- 12 years as an Office Coordinator/Office Admin (or similar).
- Bubbly positive and approachable demeanor; exceptional customer service mindset.
- Strong organization time management and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with executives.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers scanners etc.).
- Flexibility to adjust hours when urgent office/facilities issues arise.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associates preferred.
Physical Requirements- Prolonged periods seated at a computer/desk.
- Clear effective phone communication.
- Regular use of hands for typing/handling office equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions as required by administrative tasks.
