CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Onboarding & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Develop and maintain successful relationships with team members and external stakeholders.
Process paperwork and/or forms in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure personnel and department information is processed scanned kept organized up-to-date and strictly confidential.
Responsible for managing the onboarding documentation for new employees. This includes the preparation of employee files and the indexing of documents to ensure proper organization within the employee filing system.
Ensures that complaints disputes and grievances are reported to the HR Manager while maintaining confidentiality regarding these matters.
Assist in payroll preparation by supplying relevant data such as absences bonuses and leave information.
Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests questions and complaints.
Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and pre-screen processes for candidates.
Support candidate sourcing efforts through social media job boards and professional networking.
Respond to applicant questions provide information about the organization and collect applicant data.
Manage candidate experience from application through the end of training.
Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up to date for all open positions.
Complete verification of employment.
Complete census requests by gathering all applicable data and information required.
Facilitates or prepares correspondence as needed.
Attends and participates in job fairs community activities and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
Execute special projects as necessary and administrative tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a human resources support role and/or experience in recruiting onboarding or office administration is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships among individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Must possess excellent interpersonal organizational communication (written and verbal) analytical and decision-making skills.
Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
Familiarity with HR software.
Ability to handle multiple duties and priorities under limited supervision.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
