About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst Application Support to join adynamic role bridges the gap between technology and business designing testingand supporting systems that empower actuarial teams to deliver accurateinsights and reports.

Youll work in an agile environment collaborating closely withdevelopers stakeholders and end-users to ensure systems meet business needsand are effectively supported.

MainResponsibilities

Provide trainingand support to end-users and actuarial teams ensuring effectivesystem utilization.

Collaborate within an Agile Squad to design andimplement scalable and reliable solutions for data management risk modeling andreporting.

Designand write test cases execute and track testing activities.

Manageand monitor support requests and incidents ensuring timelyresolution.

Communicate effectively with internalstakeholders to align priorities.

Record qualify and prioritize anomaliesensuring prompt correction and continuous improvement.

RequiredQualifications

Bachelors degree orhigher in Computer ScienceEngineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience asa Business Analystin the banking insurance oractuarial sector.

TechnicalSkills (Must-Have)

Excel(VBA) advanced level

SQL(Structured Query Language)

SoftwareTesting experience

Knowledge of ITIL 4 framework

Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow
