Description

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Planning and coordination of dispatches:

Schedule transportation routes (land or air) based on priorities and costs.
Manage dispatch orders ensuring delivery times are met.

Tracking and traceability:

Monitor shipments in real time using tracking systems.
Report incidents (delays damages losses) and propose solutions.

Process optimization:

Analyze performance metrics (e.g. cost per km successful delivery rate) to reduce expenses.
Propose improvements in storage packaging or carrier selection.

Inventory management and control

Ensure dispatches meet quality and safety standards.
Minimize logistics costs without compromising efficiency.
Keep supplier and delivery frequency databases updated.
Control and update dispatch information databases.
Follow up on vehicles contracted for special deliveries to predefined clients.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
Ensure proper handling of delivery receipts and correct administration of these documents as proof for collections.

For This Role You Will Need:

Level:Technician Professional

Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics International Trade Business Administration

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience in preparing dispatch guides with the carrier
Tracking guides on different platforms
Inventory report preparation
Experience handling internal and external clients
