Job Summary
Capitol Chevrolet Austins #1 Volume Chevy Dealer is looking for a Driven High-Energy Sales Manager ready to lead a winning team.
Requirements
Minimum 10years of dealership experience with strong Finance (F&I) background
Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving volume goals
Deep understanding of desking deals loan to value leasing and lender relations
- Following Up on leads by phone email and text
Excellent communication coaching and closing skills
Must thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the new car sales team to exceed monthly targets
Work closely with Finance andBDC departments to drive performance
Structure and close deals efficiently and profitably
Maintain strong relationships with OEM Partners
Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold Capitol Chevrolets reputation for excellence
