The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading and ensuring the effective implementation of quality control standards and procedures across operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining and continuously improving the quality of products processes and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail analytical thinking and leadership skills that drive quality excellence throughout the organization. This position follows a Pitman Schedulea rotating 12-hour shift with every other weekend off.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily performance of the Quality Control (QC) team.
- Lead train and motivate QC personnel to achieve department and company goals.
- Coordinate and assist with quality-related projects and collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Investigate the root causes of quality issues or customer complaints and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Recommend and promote process and product improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Identify and eliminate process variations and defects through creative problem-solving.
- Maintain compliance with ISO-based quality systems and standards.
- Implement and oversee systems for statistical analysis and quality control of raw materials in-process materials non-conforming products and finished goods.
- Ensure that customer requirements and specifications are consistently met.
- Develop strategies to minimize waste and maximize operational efficiency.
- Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay current with professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops reviewing publications and building professional networks.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Prepare and present KPI reports to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $78000 - $85000 annually
