Position Schedule:
- full-time days
- no scheduled weekends or holidays but participates in on-call responsibilities
- will work shifts as a resident assistant
Dove Healthcare - Spooner Assisted Living a 14-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) has an opening for a full-time assistant director. This position assists with the day-to-day operations including but not limited to overseeing resident care and services maintaining regulatory compliance and supervising staff.
As the assistant director you will:
- respond to any family and/or resident concerns
- tour perspective families and/or residents
- round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
- conduct audits per CBRF registry
- maintain employee schedules
- maintain attendance and payroll records
- participate in recruitment and retention activities
Required Skills:
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- computer proficiency with Word Excel Outlook and other programs
- ability to organize and set priorities
Required Qualifications:
- must be age 18
- previous employment in a caregiving role
- CBRF training classes preferred
