About the Role:
1. Growth Strategy & Planning
Define and execute growth strategies across merchant acquisition product adoption and engagement .Identify new market opportunities customer segments and industry use-cases (e.g. travel education SaaS e-commerce).Collaborate with Product & Data teams to design growth experiments optimize conversion funnels.
2. Merchant Acquisition & Retention
Own the merchant acquisition funnel from lead generation to onboarding and revenue activation. Analyze transaction data to identify high-potential merchants and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Own growth KPIs: merchant onboarding rate GMV growth retention and revenue per merchant.
Experience
Upto 24 years in Fintech / Payments / SaaS / BFSI (growth partnerships or business development roles)
Soft Skills
Excellent communication stakeholder management and strategic thinking.
