To support our continuous growth we are looking for aTrilingual Technical Support Analystto join our team.
Some of the roles responsibilities include providing technical and functional support to clients worldwide through different channels such as email tickets and remote sessions (Teamviewer/Zoom/etc) checking clients configurations suggesting improvements and best practices to maximize the platforms efficiency and working closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues.

- are fluent in English Spanish and Portuguese (native-level portuguese strongly preffered C1 level is the minimum required)
- enjoy working with clients providing top-level support
- think analytically
- have strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- have previous experience in technical support for software and/or infrastructure
- are tech-savvy
