Your role:
- Lead and optimise rostering for community-based clinicians across multiple regions
- Analyse workforce data to forecast demand and enhance service delivery
- Drive high utilisation through proactive planning and process improvement
- Oversee workforce management systems to ensure accuracy and insight-driven reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on KPIs and business objectives
- Champion continuous improvement and foster growth within your team
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience managing a mobile or field-based workforce with complex rostering needs
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability (Power BI or WFM systems a plus)
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
