TMD Staffing is looking to hire 2nd Shift Lead in the Houston (77038) area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In Person
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and assist dock workers with loading and unloading trailers
Ensure all freight is handled safely and accurately
Communicate shift goals expectations and updates to team members and management
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dock area
Monitor performance and help train new team members
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and policies
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) able to communicate clearly with all team members
Previous experience in a warehouse or dock environment preferred
Leadership or team lead experience a plus
PAY RATE
$15.00 per hr Once hired on it will be $18 per hr
SCHEDULE
Sunday - Thursday 2:30PM - 11:30PM
