Job Description
What Will You Do
The position will develop recommend and implement changes that improve manufacturing processes and/or product quality. The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment is essential for success at General Motors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and analyze master production schedules to monitor progress and identify performance issues.
- Apply critical path methodology for network development and problem-solving.
- Optimize workflow and operation sequencing.
- Create crew plans and resource allocation strategies.
- Develop metrics to track progress and mitigate risks.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and resolve complex issues.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing maintenance and production teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient English.
- Strong analytical planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
