Zapier is on a mission to make automation work for everyone. As a Senior Product Designer on our Growth team Sprout youll tackle some of the most critical challenges in helping users get started unlock new value and grow with our platform.

This is a high-impact role. Youll own design for Templatesa high-priority growth area that currently lacks dedicated design support. This includes the full templates experience: post-click flows sharing UI admin/account management and if youre a high-velocity designer the distribution side including template cards landing pages and social sharing assets.

Youll be at the intersection of product engineering data and marketingimagining bold solutions launching experiments and refining them through insights. This is a perfect role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity thinks systemically and is excited to both design for AI and with AI.

About You

• You bring 6 years of product design experience with a focus on Growth. Youve led initiatives across onboarding activation engagement or retention in SaaS or enterprise environments.

• Your portfolio shows polish and impact. You demonstrate strong UX thinking refined UI and a clear link between your work and business/user outcomes.

• You think in systems not screens. Youre able to zoom in to details while also thinking holistically about how touchpoints connect across the customer journey.

• You take bold swings and bring others along. You enjoy generating big ideas storytelling your vision and rallying cross-functional teams around them.

• Youre self-directed and action-oriented. You dont wait for perfect clarity. Youre quick to explore eager to ship and driven by curiosity and impact.

• You use data research and instinct to inform decisions. You blend quantitative and qualitative inputsknowing when to validate and when to trust your gut.

• You move fast without cutting corners. You account for edge cases accessibility and interaction details early in your process.

Things Youll Do

• Lead design for how new users get started with Zapier. Youll craft experiences that help customers discover whats possible with Zapier through intelligent systems example use cases and onboarding flows.

• Design automation kits tailored to specific roles. Youll create shareable AI-powered templates for roles like HR Finance and Salesand design ways to highlight them across surfaces including SEO-optimized landing pages.

• Collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners. Youll work closely with PMs engineers researchers data scientists and marketers to define strategy and execute on high-leverage opportunities.

• Balance exploration with execution. Youll experiment quickly test ideas and iteratewhile holding a high bar for usability quality and craft.

• Bring ownership and curiosity to ambiguous problems. Youll help define the roadmap shape customer experiences and unlock growth in new areas.

• Contribute to design culture and systems. Youll influence design standards across the Growth Zone and broader org and help evolve Zapiers design system.
