Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Executive with a strong focus on import operations (preferably ocean) and knowledge of export processes to join our operations team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in international logistics excellent customer service skills advanced english communication and proficiency in logistics operating systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute ocean and air import operations.
- Handle end-to-end shipment processes: bookings documentation arrivals and cargo release.
- Maintain constant communication with customers agents and overseas partners.
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
- Manage and update shipment data in CargoWise.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
- Support export operations when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations.
- CargoWise.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
- General knowledge of customs and logistics procedures.
