About the Company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses.

Job Responsibilities

Perform technical engineering tasks to support the technical team in achieving the companys business objectives.
Lead manage and mentor the technical team in system development.
Design systems to enhance efficiency availability scalability flexibility functionality and usability of company products.
Possess strong understanding of software architecture operating systems and networking.
Collaborate with technical teams to establish benchmarks standards and mechanisms for non-functional requirements.
Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business needs.
Develop tools and resources to help teams work more efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience as a System Analyst or a related role with at least 2 years prior experience as a Software Developer / Engineer / Programmer.
Proven experience in planning designing estimating and executing software development projects for successful client delivery.
Experience leading technical teams (35 people) mentoring members and ensuring tasks are completed in alignment with business requirements.
Strong business and technical analysis skills to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Proficiency with analytical tools such as JIRA Confluence or UML diagrams.
Excellent communication skills clear concise and effective both verbally and in writing.
Deep understanding of information technology software development and distributed frameworks with enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a highly adaptive environment.
Understanding of basic DevOps practices (CI/CD monitoring deployment).
Strong grasp of SDLC Agile mindset and Scrum framework.
