This role will be within the AutoSynch team. AutoSynch supports over 3500 dealerships nationwide delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations boost marketing and drive sales.

What youll do

Were looking for a dynamic Director FP&A (m/f/d) to lead key budgeting forecasting and financial analysis initiatives that drive informed business this role youll partner closely with leaders across the organization to provide actionable insights streamline financial processes and influence strategic outcomes. Youll play a critical part in shaping financial strategy improving performance visibility and supporting long-term growth.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles consolidating results and presenting insights to senior management for the AutoSync (Software) division.
• Analyze monthly performance and key variances to guide profit-focused and strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate new business initiatives and long-term strategic plans.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and processes to deliver high-quality data-driven insights.

What You Bring

• Degree in Business Finance or related field; CPA CA CMA CGA or CFA designation required.
• 510 years of experience in financial planning budgeting and forecasting in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; SQL and VBA skills are an asset.
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
