About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Care Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for all clients ensuring they feel supported informed and valued throughout the entire project journey. This role requires strong communication organization and problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive updates issue resolution and creating a 5-star customer experience. The Customer Care Specialist will serve as the customers advocate coordinating with internal departments de-escalating issues and making sure every client ends their project happy and confident in our company.
Key Responsibilities
Be the go-to for all client communication
De-escalate upset customers with professionalism and empathy
Collect all necessary information from customers and route it to the right departments
Send customers warranties cleaning guides and preparation checklists
Call every active customer once a week with project updates
Be the customers hero ensuring they always feel heard and cared for
What Were Looking For
Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Patient empathetic and solution-oriented
Comfortable working across teams to ensure smooth project execution
