About the Role

As the Head of Design Technology your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching Design Technology across Key Stages 3 4 and 5.
• Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners.
• Assessing student progress setting targets and providing constructive feedback.
• Contributing to the DT departments curriculum development and resource creation.
• Creating and maintaining a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the school.
• Participating in relevant professional development opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications

• DT related Degree
• QTS or PGCE
• Design Teacher

Salary

The salary for this Design Technology position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS.
