About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Maths ECT to join a thriving Ofsted Good secondary school in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will teach Maths across KS3KS5 and will be fully supported throughout their induction year.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that promote conceptual understanding.
Track and assess student progress and provide targeted interventions where needed.
Work collaboratively within the Maths team to share ideas and best practice.
Contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school such as Maths competitions or clubs.
