Job Summary
About the Role:
We are looking for an inspiring MFL ECT (Spanish & French) to join our enthusiastic language department at an Ofsted Good secondary school in Essex. The successful candidate will teach Spanish and French across KS3 and KS4 with potential KS5 involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive language lessons.
Foster cultural understanding and communication confidence.
Monitor student progress and provide supportive feedback.
Encourage participation in language clubs and cultural events.
Work collaboratively within a creative and supportive MFL team.
