About the Role:
Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
Inspire students to develop strong literacy and analytical skills
Plan and deliver lessons that stretch and support learners of all abilities
Work closely with colleagues and pastoral staff to ensure holistic student progress
Maintain a positive inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
About You:
A qualified English Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Proven experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A passion for literature language and helping students reach their potential
A reflective practitioner who values collaboration and continuous improvement
