About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading UK remediation and earthworks contractor delivering technically complex projects that transform brownfield land into sustainable developments.
This is a genuine career-building role for a motivated Geo-Environmental Engineer who enjoys variety problem-solving and being part of a high-performing down-to-earth team. Youll work on major regeneration and infrastructure schemes gaining experience across every stage of investigation assessment and remediation.
Typical Projects Include
Brownfield regeneration and land redevelopment
Infrastructure enabling and ground improvement schemes
In-situ and ex-situ soil and groundwater remediation
Waste classification treatment and reuse to meet sustainability targets
Environmental monitoring and verification reporting

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver site investigations (soil groundwater and gas)
Prepare factual and interpretative reports risk assessments and remediation strategies
Supervise site works ensuring the highest health safety and environmental standards
Conduct sampling logging and in-situ testing
Liaise with clients consultants and project managers to deliver accurate technical input
Support development and verification of remediation and enabling works
About You
Degree in Geology Environmental Science or Geotechnical/Civil Engineering
Experience in contaminated land remediation or geo-environmental investigation (GradSenior considered)
Strong technical writing and problem-solving ability
Full UK driving licence and willingness to work on varied project sites when required
Proactive and detail-focused with a passion for sustainability and quality
