About the position Position/Specialty: Radiation Therapist Shift: 5x8s 7:30am to 4:00pm Daily Caseload per tech: On-beam treatments (/- 30) Is on-call REQ (Y/N) No Weekend REQ: No Will this traveler float between service lines (Y/N): No Is Floating Req to Sister Facilities (Y/N): No Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 First time travelers accepted (Y/N): No National Certs REQ: SCQRSA and ARRT (R) Equipment Exp REQ: Truebeam and Trilogy Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Outpatient Scrub Color: No specific color Charting system: Epic and ARIA Parking Cost: None Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
