Job Summary
Overview
A compassionate healthcare organization in Ilion NY is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) to provide high-quality patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate residents speech and language needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Create activities to improve residents independence in daily living
Track resident progress adjust treatments as needed and maintain detailed records
Assist residents recovering from illness injury or other conditions
Maintain a safe clean and supportive environment
Protect resident confidentiality and maintain trust
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
Required
Masters degree in Speech Therapy
Current New York State Speech Language Pathologist license
Preferred
Experience in clinical settings (new graduates/CFYs welcome)
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate: $45 $52 per hour ($85000 $105000 annually)

Schedule
Full-time 40 hours per week
