About the job:
Advantra is partnering with a Series A AI-native CPG SaaS startup in New York to hire a Head of Talent to build and lead the recruiting function and attract top-tier talent across the company.

About the role:
You will own full-cycle recruiting implement analytics to optimize hiring and partner with hiring managers to ensure the team scales effectively. You will set the foundation for talent acquisition processes and strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Own end-to-end recruiting across all functions.
2. Build and maintain a high-performing hiring pipeline.
3. Implement analytics to track and optimize hiring funnel performance.
4. Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and priorities.
5. Design and execute recruiting strategies aligned with company goals.
6. Improve candidate experience and ensure a consistent interview process.
7. Advise leadership on talent planning and hiring decisions.
8. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
   
   

Core requirements:

1. 3 years of recruiting experience at early-stage startups.
2. Proven track record of progression and expanded recruiting scope.
3. Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously.
4. Strong knowledge of recruiting analytics and performance tracking.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to influence and partner with executives and hiring managers.
7. Demonstrated success attracting top-tier talent in competitive markets.
8. Comfort working in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
9. Strong organizational and project management skills.
10. Willingness to work onsite in NYC full-time.
    
    

Nice to have:

1. Experience building recruiting functions from scratch.
2. Familiarity with AI or SaaS companies.
3. Expertise in data-driven recruiting and funnel optimization.
4. Knowledge of CPG or retail industry hiring dynamics.
5. Experience with employer branding initiatives.
