About the job:
Advantra is partnering with a high-growth startup in generative AI to hire a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to build and maintain their AI platform across product and infrastructure.

About the role:
You will work full-stack on cutting-edge AI technologies designing and implementing features maintaining infrastructure and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to architecture CI/CD pipelines and technical strategy while delivering high-quality scalable software.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement end-to-end product features using Python and modern web technologies.
2. Collaborate with Product Management to refine specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
3. Write clean maintainable and well-tested code following best practices.
4. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
5. Work within CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment of features.
6. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
7. Maintain and optimize backend services and APIs.
8. Integrate front-end interfaces with backend systems for seamless user experiences.
   
   

Core requirements:

1. 8 years of experience in Python development.
2. Strong knowledge of web frameworks such as Django Flask or FastAPI.
3. Experience with front-end technologies: JavaScript TypeScript React .
4. Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
5. Familiarity with cloud services: AWS Azure or GCP.
6. Experience with containerization and microservices architecture.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with examples of shipped software.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
   
   

Nice to have:

1. Experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
2. Knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
3. Contributions to open-source projects.
4. Experience working in fully remote teams.
5. Familiarity with scalable generative AI deployments.
