Job Summary
Entropy Survival is one of the fastest-growing brands in the survival and preparedness space going from zero to $30K in monthly revenue in just a few months. With ROAS north of 500% on Google and consistently strong Meta performance weve validated the demand.
Now were looking for a hands-on eCommerce and Growth Lead to take us from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in monthly sales
Tasks
Youll own the digital revenue engine from Shopify CRO and Klaviyo flows to influencer programs and paid strategy. Youll join a founder-led business thats growing fast supported by Bifrost Studios operators and backed by real traction. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for a growth marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution.
What Youll Do:
- Lead CRO and Shopify optimization to maximize conversion and AOV
- Build high-performing Klaviyo email/SMS automations
- Oversee agency performance (Google Meta) and ROAS tracking
- Launch and execute influencer/affiliate campaigns (TikTok YouTube)
- Manage creative output for new product launches and campaigns
- Experiment relentlessly from pricing to UX to retention strategies
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Early to mid-career growth marketer with 25 years of eCommerce experience
- Expert in Shopify Klaviyo and data-driven optimization
- Comfortable managing agencies while executing directly
- Scrappy analytical and outcomes-focused you like owning revenue goals
- Outdoor industry or adventure brand experience a strong plus

- Compensation: Competitive monthly salary uncapped commission performance-based bonuses
