Job Summary (List Format): HR Operations Associate

- Serve as a caseworker handling HR-related queries from recruiters candidates hiring managers talent teams and alumni.
- Review job requisitions for compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) providing clear justifications for approvals or rejections.
- Address escalations and confidently defend decisions as needed.
- Respond to queries about referrals bonuses and process delays by utilizing knowledge articles.
- Create and release offer letters for new hires rehires cross-company hires and interns converting to full-time roles.
- Conduct eligibility checks for rehires and handle exceptions as required.
- Communicate proactively about potential delays in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) providing updates and escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure offer letters are accurate and error-free to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Manage onboarding activities for large candidate cohorts per start date including document verification and compliance checks.
- Track completion of new hire paperwork background checks and documentation.
- Send reminders to candidates and keep relevant stakeholders informed about onboarding status and delays.
- Monitor onboarding reports and ensure timely Workday profile creation and compliance.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for all assigned tasks ensuring regular audits and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders openly sharing updates and seeking assistance when needed.
- Utilize HR tools such as Workday (mandatory) and preferably ServiceNow or Salesforce to manage cases and workflows.
- Accurately interpret and apply SOPs and knowledge articles to daily tasks and decision-making.
