Responsibilities
- Define specs for new equipment and packaging components.
- Optimize and automate manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Lead initiatives to reduce downtime improve yields and support product launches.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (cGMP ISO).
- Create key documentation and manage change requests.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor s in Engineering (or related field) with 5-6 years experience or Master s with 4 years.
- Hands-on experience with cGMP manufacturing and automated filling/packaging equipment.
- Familiarity with equipment qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Experience managing projects in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of FDA compliance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with surface treatment adhesive bonding and microdispensing.
- Injection molding knowledge and automation implementation.
- Design transfer for medical devices.
- Material science background.
