We have partnered with a large Civil Engineering company in the Phoenix AZ or Mesa AZ area to provide them with a Survey Project Manager. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Survey Project Manager:

#1. Must have RLS or PLS license

#2. Must have at least 10 years of Surveying experience.

#4. Must be able delegate and Mentor Staff

#3. Must have experience using Trimble AutCad Civil 3D.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the past 10yrs.

Responsibilities of the Survey Project Manager:

Develop scopes prepare cost proposals and negotiate contract language.
Create and manage project budgets schedules and resource allocation.
Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
Experienced in employee supervision development and mentoring.
Maintain quality control throughout project duration.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements of the Survey Project Manager:

Arizona Registered Land Surveyor.
10 years of land surveying experience.
Knowledge of the Public Land Survey System Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards municipal survey requirements and ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standards.
Experience using Trimble Business Center and Auto CAD Civil 3D.

Other Key Requirements:

Work on-site.
No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
