Position - Manager Sales
Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify develop and manage business opportunities from diversified business verticals for the Infinium product line across the assigned territory.
- Client Engagement & Account Management: Build strong relationships with consultants EPC contractors OEMs (Cold Chains) and end-users across industries such as HVAC Pharma Steel Datacenter Power Chemical Dairy and Food Processing.
- Sales Target Achievement: Own and deliver on sales targets revenue goals and order bookings for adiabatic coolers closed-circuit coolers and evaporative condensers.
- Solution Selling: Provide technical and commercial solutions by understanding customer requirements and aligning with Infiniums unique value proposition.
- Proposal Development: Coordinate with internal teams (engineering estimation projects etc.) to prepare and present techno-commercial offers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity pricing trends and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Participation in Exhibitions & Events: Represent Paharpur at trade fairs expos and customer events (e.g. ACREX Refcold and other industry specific seminars).
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Submit periodic MIS reports to management.
Key Requirements: Education: B.E. / (Mechanical / Electrical) OR MBA (Marketing) is preferred
Experience: 5 12 years of relevant experience in industrial equipment sales preferably in HVAC refrigeration or thermal systems.
Industry Exposure: Experience dealing with consultants contractors and large industrial clients.
Skills: Strong technical acumen with a commercial mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in proposal making costing and deal closure
Willingness to travel extensively
