Job Title: QA Test Lead Murex Greenfield Implementation
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Work Location: Marathahalli Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid 2-3 days a week or biweekly in client office

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead for a greenfield implementation of Murex as part of a 3-year program. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Murex testing upgrade projects and test management within financial services or trading domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and refine the overall test strategy and framework for the Murex implementation project.
Establish test processes reporting mechanisms and ensure efficient test execution.
Lead and manage a team of 5 testers ensuring quality delivery across all test phases.
Create review and execute test scripts covering the full trade lifecycle (front-to-back) in Murex.
Coordinate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and defect management.
Track progress report test metrics and provide quality insights for decision-making.
Required Experience & Skills:
Overall 8 and 2 years of hands-on experience in Murex upgrade and greenfield implementation projects.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Lead defining test strategy and leading test execution teams.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Tester in financial services energy or commodities trading (FX FX Options Futures Precious Metals).
Strong understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle processes in Murex.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
