Job Description:

  • Manage front desk operations and greet visitors.

  • Handle phone calls emails and correspondence.

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.

  • Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain records files and documentation.

  • Assist in billing petty cash and expense tracking.

  • Support HR with onboarding and attendance tracking (if applicable).
