Job Summary

Role- SEO and Content Specialist Real Estate

Location- Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies tailored to real estate projects (luxury premium residential commercial).
Optimize website content blogs landing pages and microsites for SEO best practices (on-page and off-page).
Write edit and publish SEO-friendly content including:

Blogs and articles (real estate insights project stories market trends)
Social media captions and content ideas (LinkedIn Instagram FacebookTwitter YouTube)
Newsletters ad copies PR content brochures and campaign creatives

Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for digital platforms.
Track organic rankings traffic backlinks and conversions using analytics tools (Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs etc.).
Build and manage backlink strategies (directories guest posts property portals press releases).
Stay updated on Google algorithms and digital marketing trends specific to real estate.
Report on SEO and content performance with actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Expertise in on-page SEO off-page SEO and technical SEO.
Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMRush Ahrefs MOZ Google Analytics GSC Screaming Frog).
Excellent content writing and editing skills (blogs social media captions ad copies project descriptions).
Creative ideation skills to generate social media post ideas campaign hooks and storytelling formats.
Strong research skills to create market-relevant investor-centric and buyer- focused content.
Knowledge of social media optimization (SMO) will be an added advantage.

Qualification and Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing Communications or related field.
2 3 years of SEO and content experience in the real estate industry (agency or developer side).
Strong portfolio of SEO-driven results and content samples (blogs social campaigns digital marketing work).
