Job Description:
This is a high-visibility role within the E*TRADE infrastructure organization with significant strategic responsibility. The Scrum Master / Kanban Manager will be responsible for managing 4 5 Scrum / Kanban teams spanning one or more functional departments and driving agile maturity in alignment with the companys agile adoption strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage 4-5 Scrum / Kanban teams across functional departments.
Provide leadership and motivation to ensure sprint/project goals are achieved.
Drive agile maturity of teams in line with corporate agile strategy.
Proactively manage and remove impediments to ensure delivery of business value.
Establish and track team velocity sprint cadence and release plans.
Identify and manage risks according to impact and probability.
Develop and report on success metrics test and deployment management activities.
Work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
Establish practices templates and tools to mature agile capabilities.
Lead ongoing execution/delivery efforts for infrastructure initiatives.
Develop and maintain project documentation as per organizational policies.

Required Skills:

Broad-based Agile / Scrum Master / Kanban expertise.
Experience managing infrastructure teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proven influencing coaching and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and communication skills (Excel Word PowerPoint proficiency).
Ability to structure and organize complex data and projects.
Foundational orientation towards servant-leadership and change management.
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science MIS or equivalent experience.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) desired.
Prior infrastructure experience is required.
