Job Summary

Position: Business Analyst/Product Analyst

Location: Reston VA (3 days onsite)

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management:
Lead and support change initiatives by documenting release notes user guides FAQs training materials and stakeholder updates.
This role will interact with both internal and external partners and need to tailor messaging for both audiences.
Excellent writing and speaking skills are a must.

Operations Management:

Monitor and troubleshoot production issues ensuring efficient operation and user access; contribute to operational resolution and communication.

Story Writing & Grooming:

Create and groom detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Data Analysis:

Analyze business and user data to identify trends measure product performance and support decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with product owners developers QA teams and business units to plan and execute product enhancements.

Testing & UAT: Develop and execute test cases and scripts; track and report defects; support user acceptance testing and training.

Tools & Skills: Must-Have:

Strong oral and written communication abilities essential for stakeholder engagement documentation and change management.
SQL proficiency
MS Office Suite
JIRA (for backlog management sprint planning and acceptance criteria)
Confluence (for documentation and collaboration)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management frameworks
