Duties

Lead operational priorities and strategic plans
Ensure compliance with legislation and standards
Manage budgets KPIs and financial performance

Skills & Experience

Proven leadership in child protection or OOHC
Strong financial and operational acumen
Expertise in therapeutic frameworks
Ability to manage risk and compliance
Must reside in Broome- relocation assistance available if required
Relevant tertiary qualification and drivers licence
