Job Summary
To gather client insights conduct analysis redesign development deployment monitoring and measurement of outcomes for all iterations of the Client Journey.

Experience Required
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst Solution Expert or similar role
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation process engineering and solution scoping

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills written verbal and stakeholder engagement
- A mindset that balances detail with delivery and practicality with innovation
