Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Systems & Operations Coordinator who plays a key role in keeping all company systems running efficiently. This includes ensuring that computers networks and business systems operate reliably assisting users when issues arise and coordinating with external IT service providers.

The role is hands-on and detail-oriented focused on maintaining day-to-day system performance resolving issues quickly and supporting staff across the group. You will also be involved in assisting with the rollout and improvement of new systems and technologies to help the business operate more effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT support.
Competency and experience with Sage X3 is mandatory.
Good understanding of software hardware and business systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability and service.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud tools (Outlook Teams Excel).
