Senior Digital Marketing Executive

The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join us on the exciting and rewarding path we are taking here at Castle Trust Bank. We pride ourselves in being a fintech challenger bank providing savings accounts specialist property mortgages and retail finance lending to a variety of customers.

Youll have the chance to make a real impact in this role where you will driving digital engagement and promotion for our Savings Property and Retail Finance business units. This is a broad hands-on role where youll lead website SEO deliver creative campaigns and shape our digital strategy to reach customers brokers and retailers.

You will lead our SEO strategy manage website improvements and updates and drive digital engagement and promotional campaigns. Your role will include performance marketing reporting content creation across email web and social channels ensuring regulatory compliance and expanding targeted email activity. Youll update marketing materials collaborate with teams and agencies coordinate external events and support graphic design and video production. We seek a creative organised marketer passionate about digital engagement.

What we are looking for in you

What is important to us is that you have proven digital marketing skills/experience including:

• SEO and associated optimisation software
• Digital engagement and promotion/advertising
• WordPress or similar CMS
• Google ads and paid search
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM
• Google Analytics 4
• Developing and owning performance marketing reporting

Whilst this role has a focus on digital marketing a broad range of marketing experience (ideally but nit essentially from a financial services background) is important as you will be joining a small team experience in writing copy and producing a broad range of marketing collateral for a variety of different audiences will be important to be successful. A Marketing degree and/or other relevant qualifications (Level 4 CIM digital marketing) would be advantageous.

What is equally important is that you are a proactive communicator who listens actively adapts your style to different audiences and can influence others through facts and conviction. You should take ownership of your work manage tasks with minimal supervision plan effectively and stay organised to deliver results. An understanding of the external market economic trends digital marketing and Castle Trust Banks business environment is important.
