This role acts as an extension of the Principal supporting parents staff and administrators while ensuring smooth coordination of schedules systems and events.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage communications with parents staff and administrators
Support scheduling calendars attendance systems and reporting
Assist with contracts hiring and school events
Oversee annual processes such as orientation report cards and curriculum updates
Collaborate with PTA and support extracurricular initiatives
Ensure DOE compliance and familiarity with required terms and processes
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills
Professional yet personable demeanor
Familiarity with DOE terms and school operations preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment
